RCCA: Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action – Systematic root cause analysis with verified corrective actions. The corrective actions may relate to both technical aspects and planning and organisational factors. Optional: Development and implementation of a strategy to prevent recurrence in the long term (IKnowB®: Individualized Knowledge Base).

Fehlerursachenanalyse & Korrekturmaßnahmen (RCCA)

RCCA: Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action – Systematische Ursachenanalyse mit verifizierten Korrekturmaßnahmen. Die Korrekturmaßnahmen können sich sowohl auf die Technik als auch auf die planerischen- und organisatorischen Umstände beziehen. Optional: Konzeptentwicklung und Implementierung für eine nachhaltige Vermeidung von Wiederholungen (IKnowBTM: Individualized Knowledge Base).

Project Implementation & Interim Management

Project and sub-project management, as well as active technical involvement throughout all project phases. A fixed-term assignment with line management responsibilities as part of an interim management arrangement may be the ideal implementation approach for you.

Energy Optimization of Overall Systems

Holistic energy optimization of complex technical systems such as ships, industrial plants, or technical facilities. The focus lies on the systematic analysis of energy flows, losses, and interactions between subsystems, as well as the derivation of technically sound and economically viable optimization measures.

Propulsion, manoeuvring, stabilisation, power generation and supply concepts

Structured development and evaluation of concepts for ships, taking into account technical feasibility, operational requirements, efficiency and life-cycle aspects. This includes concept studies, comparisons of variants and independent technical assessments in early design phases, as well as within the context of retrofit and modernisation projects.
